Pro.Dr. Magda Mohamed Sultan
Magda Mohamed Sultan has completed her MD in clinical pathology and laboratory oncology from National Cancer Institute Cairo University.
She is now an emeritus professor in the institute, sharing in teaching for doctor and master degrees and she is the head of hematology department of Alborg Lab and EL Mokhtabar Lab in Alexandria since 1996 until now.
She has published more than 25 papers and she is arbitrator for many thesis and many published papers in the permanent committee for scientific promotions.

Dr. Indu Thakur
Dr. Indu Thakur [MBBS, MD (Paeds), DNB (Paeds), MRCPCH, FRCPath] is a Consultant Paediatric Haematologist at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales since 2013.
Her scope of work includes malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders in children ranging from leukaemia, bone marrow failure syndromes to haemoglobinopathies, ITP and inherited red cell disorders like hereditary spherocytosis.
She is the Lead for Intrathecal chemotherapy in children as well as Lead for red cell disorders in the department of Pediatric Haematology Oncology at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales.
Her other interests include clinical research, undergraduate and postgraduate education and working as an examiner for Cardiff University (undergraduate exams) and Royal College of Pathology (postgraduate Hematology exams). She is an expert member of the Wales Research Ethics Committee 1 which reviews phase 1 & 2 trials in addition to other research projects. She has secured Specialised Services Commissioning to improve services for haemoglobinopathies in Wales to bring them in line with recognized centres in England.

Dr. Murad Alahdal finished his Ph.D. in Basic Medicine in 2018 at China Pharmaceutical University and joined the School of Medicine at Zhejiang University for postdoctoral studies in basic and translational medicine research. He was working on immunotherapeutic strategies to treat chronic diseases such as solid tumors and osteoarthritis.
He has received and contributed to several successful grants in China, Guangdong Province, and Shenzhen City.
In 2020, he relocated to Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital at Shenzhen University as a research assistant professor and continued his career and discovered a new function for IDO1 in osteoarthritis disease.
He has registered two patents as the main inventor of new therapeutic methods of osteoarthritis and two patents are still under review, but it was accepted for public release.
Dr. Murad Alahdal published tens of SCI papers in high-prestige indexed journals such as Clinical Immunology, Clinical and Translational Medicine, Frontiers of Immunology, Cancer Science, Biomedicine and Pharmacotherapy, Bioengineered, Rheumatology, Scientific Reports, Aging and Disease, and other high impact journals publishing at Springer Nature, The Cell, Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, etc.
In addition to that, he serves as a reviewer reference for many SCI-indexed Journals.
In 2022, he was promoted to research associate professor in Cell Biology and Immunology for his contribution to this field. Recently, he got a postdoctoral research fellow position at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine which is one of the top 15 universities in the world.
He is working on the RNA-driven immunomodulation and immunotherapy of solid tumors.

Mr. Salah started his career
as a application specialist, but his real passion was always clinical laboratory practice.
He supervised two of the largest privet blood bank facilities in Jordan and he was a Manager of the two laboratory departments at king Hussein Cancer Center. He is HCQP certified and was a full time member in KHCC lab QI/safety committee. He conducted many (local
and external) QM training sessions that covered many aspects and principles of modern clinical lab quality management, assurance and control as well as accreditation education. He contributes in tens inspection for laboratories and hospitals with HCAC and CAP in Jordan and neighbor countries also he contributes as voluntary
membership in the Jordanian ASCPi advisory board, his work as a CAP inspectors for the following sections: blood bank, general lab
(QA), hematology, pathology, chemistry & toxicology, immunology,
molecular biology, position him as an expert consultant in
Laboratory Medicine related quality management.
Now he is a manager partner and QM consultant at one of the most active
